Which Chicken Stock Is Right for Your Kitchen?
Golden Chicken Stock is roasted for flavour, golden in colour and subtle on the palate: an all-round base for gravies, soups, sauces, jus and basting. Reduced Golden Chicken Stock is the same golden stock, reduced. White Chicken Stock is light and delicate, and perfect for consommé.
Our golden chicken stocks are free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, with no added salt (all naturally occurring). Like every TRUEfoods stock, it's passed through double muslin twice, and our stocks are used in top restaurants worldwide.

Made from UK sourced bones. Roasted for flavour and golden in colour and subtle on the palate, leaving a very clean after taste. A great base for gravies, soups, sauces, jus and basting, and tasty enough to be served on its own for drinking.
Ingredients: Spring water, chicken bones (35%), onions, carrots, tomato purée, garlic, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves.

Our golden chicken stock, reduced. Made from UK sourced bones, roasted for flavour, golden in colour and subtle on the palate, with a very clean after taste. A great base for gravies, soups, sauces, jus and basting.

Chilled Storage: Keep refrigerated at 5°C or below. Use within 3 days.
Frozen Storage: Freeze immediately, keep frozen at -18°C or below. May be kept frozen for up to 12 months from date of production. Use within 3 days of defrosting.
