Our fresh hollandaise sauce is made with cream, butter, egg yolk and lemon juice, with a reduction of white wine, white wine vinegar and white peppercorns. Just heat and serve: it's ready in 1 to 2 minutes on the hob, and freezer safe for 3 months.

Hob (1-2 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
Microwave (2 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.
CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
This product has a guaranteed minimum 16 days shelf life and is freezer safe for 3 months.
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within three months. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.

All products are made to order, so we have a midnight Sunday cut off for orders. Orders made before this cut off will be dispatched that week on a Wednesday for delivery on a Thursday using a 24 hour service. This is to ensure maximum quality and freshness of all our products.
Due to the perishable nature of the product we do not accept returns. If the product has been damaged in transit please get in touch and we will refund the damaged item.
