Our light Chinese broth is a Chinese chicken broth made with chicken stock, Chinese rice wine, spring onions, garlic, ginger, coriander and lemongrass. Just heat and serve: it's ready in 6 to 8 minutes on the hob, and freezer safe for 1 year.

Hob (6-8 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat until piping hot. Serve immediately.
Microwave (6-7 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 6-7 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.
CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
This product has a guaranteed minimum 19 days shelf life and is freezer safe for 1 year.
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one year. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.

All products are made to order, so we have a midnight Sunday cut off for orders. Orders made before this cut off will be dispatched that week on a Wednesday for delivery on a Thursday using a 24 hour service. This is to ensure maximum quality and freshness of all our products.
