Our fresh peppercorn sauce is made with green peppercorns, whipping cream, brandy and red wine, with chicken stock and veal stock. Just heat and pour: it's ready in 3 to 4 minutes on the hob, and freezer safe for 1 year.
Every batch of TRUEfoods peppercorn sauce is made to order. We're a family run business and have been creating fresh stocks and sauces in the heart of North Yorkshire since 2007.

Hob (3-4 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
Microwave (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.
CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
This product has a guaranteed minimum 16 days shelf life and is freezer safe for 1 year.
Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one year. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.

All products are made to order, so we have a midnight Sunday cut off for orders. Orders made before this cut off will be dispatched that week on a Wednesday for delivery on a Thursday using a 24 hour service. This is to ensure maximum quality and freshness of all our products.
