Our steak diane sauce starts with whipping cream, mushrooms and beef stock, finished with brandy, wholegrain mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and parsley. It's ready made, so just heat and pour, and it's suitable for freezing for up to twelve months.
Every batch of TRUEfoods diane sauce is made to order in the heart of North Yorkshire, where our family run business has been creating fresh stocks and sauces since 2007.

Hob (3-4 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
Microwave (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ensure gravy is piping hot. Serve immediately.
CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.
Chilled – Keep refrigerated at 5°C or below. Once opened, use within 3 days.
Frozen – Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within twelve months. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.

All products are made to order, so we have a midnight Sunday cut off for orders. Orders made before this cut off will be dispatched that week on a Wednesday for delivery on a Thursday using a 24 hour service. This is to ensure maximum quality and freshness of all our products.
