Silky and unctuous, we slowly simmer veal bones with fresh vegetables, flavourful herbs and spring water to create our luxurious veal jus. Made with specially selected ingredients. Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. No added salt.

Ingredients:

Spring water, veal bones (28%), chicken bones, calves feet, onions, carrots, garlic, tomato purée, thyme, black peppercorns, bay leaves.

Cooking Instructions:

Hob (3-4 mins): Empty contents into a saucepan. Place over a moderate heat for approximately 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

Microwave (3 mins): Transfer contents to a microwavable container and cover loosely. Cook on high for 3 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve immediately.

CAUTION! Take care when removing hot liquids from a microwave.

Recommendations:

Perfect with any grilled or roasted meats. Add to bolognese, shepherd’s pie or casserole to enrich and add depth of flavour.

Shelf life guarantee & Storage Instructions:

This product has a guaranteed minimum 27 days shelf life and is freezer safe for 1 year.

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Suitable for freezing. If freezing, freeze on the day of purchase and use within one year. Defrost fully before use. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Once opened, use within 3 days.

Shipping & Delivery

All products are made to order, due to this we have a midnight Sunday cut off for orders. Orders made before this cut off will be dispatched that week on a Wednesday for delivery on a Thursday using a 24 hour service. This is to ensure maximum quality and freshness of all our products.

Due to the perishable nature of the product we do not accept returns. If the product has been damaged in transit please get in touch and we will refund the damaged item.
