    Ready Made Gravy

    Fresh gravy, ready made: just heat and pour. Each of our gravies starts with a reduction of our finest stock, from reduced beef stock to lamb stock with rosemary, fresh mint and a dash of ruby port. Every batch of TRUEfoods gravy is made to order, and you can freeze it for up to 12 months.

    Our Ready Made Gravy and Jus

    • Beef gravy: perfect with roasts, chops or steaks.
    • Poultry gravy: perfect with classic roast chicken or turkey, in 250g and 500g packs.
    • Lamb gravy: perfect for roast leg of lamb or lamb shoulder.
    • Onion gravy: perfect with sausage and mash, or just on its own with a Yorkshire pudding.
    • Red wine jus: a perfect accompaniment for all roast meats and casseroles.
    • Veal jus: perfect with any grilled or roasted meats.

    As a family run business, we've been creating fresh stocks and sauces in the heart of North Yorkshire since 2007. Prefer to make your own? Our fresh beef stock is a great base for gravies.
