Our Mushroom Stock is a rich, full-bodied blend of mushrooms, fresh-cut onion, leek, carrot, garlic, herbs, and spices, slowly simmered to develop exceptional depth and complexity. Layered with earthy mushroom character and natural umami, it enhances vegan, vegetarian, and meat-based dishes alike.
Use as a foundation for soups, sauces, risottos, and pasta dishes, or serve on its own as a deeply savoury, aromatic consommé.
