Ingredients
500g TRUEfoods Fragrant Thai Broth 
100g Cooked glass noodles 
50g Sliced Chicken breast or left over roast chicken 
50g Prawns 
50g Asian greens; Pak choi, tender stem broccoli, mangetout (thinly sliced)
10g Spring onions (finely sliced)
10g Red onions (thinly sliced)
2g Fresh Coriander (roughly chopped)
Method
Empty the Fragrant Thai Broth into a pan with the chicken and bring to a simmer. Add prawns, Asian greens and thinly sliced red onions simmer for 2 minutes. Add the cooked glass noodles, sliced spring onions and coarsely chopped coriander and serve in a warmed bowl.
