500g TRUEfoods Kombu Dashi
20g Light miso paste
10g Ginger (grated)
5g Lime juice
5g Green chilli (finely chopped)
5g Fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
Add Kombu Dashi, miso paste, grated ginger and green chilli to a pin and bring to a simmer. Add diced tofu and roughly chopped coriander and lime juice. Serve in a warmed bowl, perfect for a light lunch or snack.
