500g TRUEfoods Light Chinese Broth
15g Spring onions (thinly sliced)
10g Fresh coriander (roughly chopped)
2g Ginger (finely chopped)
1g Garlic (finely sliced)
Place the finely sliced ginger and garlic into a pan with the Light Chinese Broth and bring to a simmer. Add the sliced spring onions and roughly chopped coriander. Perfect for sipping on its own as a light lunch or add a protein of choice. Add pork or prawn dumplings for an authentic dinner. Serve in a warmed bowl or mug.
