500g TRUEfoods Beef stock
500g TRUEfoods chicken stock
20g Sunflower oil
250g Thinly sliced onion
10g Garlic puree
A small pinch cracked black pepper
1, Slowly cook the sliced onions in oil till lightly caramelised and tender. This should take ~35 minutes.
2, Add the garlic and thyme and cook for two minutes.
3, Add the beef and chicken stocks with the black pepper and salt and reduce by half.
4, Serve and garnish with a classic Gruyere cheese crouton if desired.
