Reduced Beef Stock from British Beef Bones
Made from 100% British beef bones. Clear and russet in colour, with a beefy fresh flavour. Great for the basis of many dishes, particularly sauces, soups and stews.
Made using specially selected ingredients. Free from artificial colours, flavours and preservatives, with no added salt (all naturally occurring). Like every TRUEfoods stock, it's passed through double muslin twice, and our stocks are used in top restaurants worldwide.
